Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

Partnering with Joydrop Baby & Wellness was hands down the best decision I made during my pregnancy! My strategist became my guiding light, offering the vital oversight that my busy doctors simply couldn’t provide. She meticulously helped me track my vital signs and consistently followed up to ensure I recognized the crucial warning signs. Thanks to her unwavering advocacy and deep expertise in maternal safety, I felt empowered, confident, and ultimately experienced a wonderfully successful outcome!

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

While recovering from hip surgery, I felt vulnerable and overlooked by the rotating staff. My strategist stepped in when she noticed the bedside care was not meeting professional or safety standards. She addressed the rough handling during linen changes and fluid bag rotations with the hospital administration, and the manner in which the spoke to me ensuring the staff adhered to safety protocols. She was the ‘voice of reason’ in a chaotic environment, and I truly believe her presence prevented a major setback in my recovery.

My research interests are rooted in patient safety, preventable harm, healthcare accountability, and the long-term impact medical outcomes have on patients and families.

I am particularly interested in understanding how gaps in communication, delayed responses, missed warning signs, discharge failures, and systemic healthcare barriers affect patient outcomes especially in maternal health and complex care cases.

This work also includes studying how healthcare systems, advocacy efforts, and judicial processes evaluate accountability, patient harm, and standards of care following adverse medical events.

Through this lens, Joydrop Wellness approaches advocacy with a strong focus on education, preparedness, documentation awareness, patient empowerment, and helping individuals navigate healthcare systems more safely and confidently.
